job description - Sales Team Lead


  • He/she is in charge of developing monthly and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, and enabling sales improvements.
  • Assist in the sales of products and services to maximize sales.
  • Monitoring sales team performance.
  • Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
  • The ideal candidate is tasked with implementing sales strategies and drives to enhance revenue generation for the business.
  • Create and implement sales action plans to incorporate key actions that work to set KPIs for the business.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
  • Develop team strengths and improve on their weakness.
  • Assist sales team with sales marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • A good Degree in Marketing, Business Administration from a recognized university/ polytechnic.

Work Experience:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of work experience.

Professional Skills:

  • He/she should have analytical skills.
  • Strategic planning ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A good team player.
  • Problem-solving and people skills
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
