- He/she is in charge of developing monthly and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, and enabling sales improvements.
- Assist in the sales of products and services to maximize sales.
- Monitoring sales team performance.
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
- The ideal candidate is tasked with implementing sales strategies and drives to enhance revenue generation for the business.
- Create and implement sales action plans to incorporate key actions that work to set KPIs for the business.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
- Develop team strengths and improve on their weakness.
- Assist sales team with sales marketing strategy
Qualifications
- A good Degree in Marketing, Business Administration from a recognized university/ polytechnic.
Work Experience:
- Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of work experience.
Professional Skills:
- He/she should have analytical skills.
- Strategic planning ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A good team player.
- Problem-solving and people skills
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
