job description - Sales Specialist
The Retain Sales Associate will be responsible for the company’s sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
-Implement a Customer Service plan.
-Daily update of sales record
-Lease closely with sales/inventory representative
-Daily follow-up with suppliers to ensure customer orders are on track.
-Professionally attending to shop-floor, online and corporate clientele.
-Collect, update and maintain customer records/details
-Liaise with suppliers and ensure receipts are obtained.
-Frequently updating and uploading pictures onto the company’s website and Instagram page.
-Responsible for orientating, training, and coaching sales staff that join the company.
-Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives
-identifies marketing opportunities
