job description - Sales Representative / Showroom Officer
- Ensure showroom targets are achieved.
- Assist in stock management and ordering; reassess stock monthly/ ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
- Assist in systems review on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Provide information on business opportunities and threats; including competition.
- Build long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with key customers
- Ensure daily banking is reconciled and banked accurately.
- Ensure reports are sent in daily/ as at when due
- Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat at all times.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
