Responsibilities

• Be attentive to customers’ needs.
• Give information about the product types and availability of different options
• Guide customers in making purchase decision and cross/up selling.
• When necessary, be able to give in-depth advice about products ingredientsCross check customer receipt and ensure the items paid for are packaged for the customer.Arrange orders and deliveries of stock for customers.
• Provide information relating to customers purchase, such as self life and storage condition of the product.
• Make the customer aware of any special offers and new line of products.
• Ensure that all stock on display is proper arranged with correct name and price tags
• Be vigilant and sensitive while on duty.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND qualifications with 1 - 3 experience
