job description - Sales Officer
Responsibilities
- Brokering deals between sellers and buyers.
- Oversee the promotion of sales on advertisement media and listing services.
- Meet with clients and prospects interested in our product to offer them product deals.
- Communicating with clients to identify their requirements and choice of product.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and contracts.
- Coordinating the closing of deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a product before concluding a sales deal.
- Inspection of a product to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Conducting surveys to identify the price of competing products in the market.
- Proffer recommendations to buyers.
Requirements
- A Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or any other related field.
- 1 to 3 years of field sales/marketing experience.
- Proven work experience in real estate/construction/Manufacturing and sales of building materials industry is an added advantage.
- Possess qualities such as negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
