job description - Sales Officer
- To manage every step of the selling process from prospecting to getting orders, eventual sales, and final delivery of the product.
- This is a consultative selling role, you are to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship with construction professionals who want the best quality products from a brand they know and trust.
- Take ownership of market share for all sales activities in the assigned territory, for the assigned product portfolio & defined price positioning, and Identify opportunities within your territory
- Build a strong working relationships with all levels in channel partners, contractors, system integrators & end-users
- To do a demo on the workability of the tools and offer support in the self-repairing of these tools
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts
- Collaborate with sales officers to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our tools and services according to customer needs to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- To ensure the appropriate level of product penetration is given; selling tools & consumables to existing customers and new customers
- Timely stock replenishment not to miss out on opportunities
- Constantly improve your knowledge of Hilti’s product portfolios to help communicate its qualities to customers.
Requirements
- Preferred candidates will be young Graduates with a passion for selling and a desire to build a career in sales.
- 0 - 3 years work experience.
