Key Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration between the company and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with Customers
- Coordinate the selection process of third-party vendors.
- Work with vendors to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
- Define product features and roadmap based on research insights.
- Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Work with third-party vendors to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Define pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch.
- Make data-driven decisions to drive product enhancement and optimizations.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure that Sales Targets are achieved
- Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Present weekly progress reports to partners.
- Provide insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
