Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for residential and commercial properties.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate sales reports for management review.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or real estate license is a plus.
- Minimum of (5) years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
