job description - Sales Executive
Ability to listen to a prospect's needs and goals and match to an appropriate Cypher Learning product.- Managing a complex, enterprise solution sale with 3 to 18 month purchasing cycle.
- Moving the sale through the entire sales process and at the conclusion of the sale owning the subsequent relationship, with the help of the headquarters office. This includes taking an active role in the RFP process.
- Making prospecting a part of the regular routine, ensuring that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
- Work with Cypher Learning team to create and implement a market development plan for Nigeria.
- Staying well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently about the industry.
- Prepares written presentations, reports and price quotations.
- Leading all aspects of the sales process, including contract negotiations.
- Targeting and closing "green-field" accounts plus to generate and develop new leads and businesses in order to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Defining and maintaining a sales plan and executing against it
- Developing effective relationships with other Marketing, Product Support, Global Services, Finance, Engineering and other departments and needed.
- Assisting clients with crafting a solution built around strategic consulting services.
- Developing sales objectives, manage the development of plans, and consistently and accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue streams.
- Manage a pipeline of self sourced and inbound leads to identify, qualify, and develop relationships with potential clients
- To meet and attain the sales quota/targets
Skills and Experiences
- 3 - 7+ years of Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology company
- Experienced selling Learning Management System or any Cloud Software solutions
- Business forecasting, pipeline development, and account management skills
- Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant strategic messaging
- A positive, confident and determined approach, resilience, and the ability to cope with rejection
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good level of numeracy and IT skills
- Undergrads that have the qualifications mentioned above are welcome to apply
- Experienced in selling to Education, Public Sector, and Corporate Verticals
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
- Ability to show a product demonstration independently to the customers at C-level
