job description - Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will oversee all the marketing activities for the business; ensuring that the unit effectively fulfills the business marketing objectives and contribute to overall business profitability.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
The Sales Executive will develop and implement a marketing strategy plan to ensure that the company meets its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets.
• Develop a marketing plan for X-ray, Cathlab, and Radiotherapy segments of the company • Develop and implement an online marketing strategy including creating content online.
• Create content and marketing brochures
• Cultivate relationships and referrals with physicians/consultants, business leaders, community leaders.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals by developing referrals from physicians/physician practices, cooperate companies such that patient volume goals are accomplished for the quarter.
• Track activities and report on activities and issues.
• Complete face-to-face sales and development meetings with physicians, practice managers, and company executives, ensuring that a thorough understanding is gained regarding the physician's or company’s desires and needs.
• Complete follow-up meetings with physicians, practice managers, and/or cooperate companies as needed to close new or additional business, ensuring that internal and external obstacles to business growth and retention are identified and minimized or eliminated.
• Manage, monitor, and implement strategic marketing and communications planning for the facility.
• Implement integrated marketing communications campaigns, projects, and initiatives for the facility.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers. • Report on the impact of campaigns & initiatives
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or) relevant work experience.
• Experience in strategy development and implementation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Up to date knowledge of marketing best practices.
• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge with multiple marketing channels; at least 2-3 of the following: SEM, social media, Content / Blogs, SEO, Email / CRM, Outdoor / Events / PR, Radio / TV / Print
