  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to drive lead generation.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions with leads and update lead information.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to schedule appointments, and follow-up meetings.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to management to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service
  • A results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques for lead generation.
