- The Sales Associate's role involves acquiring loan customers, generating revenue through an efficient collection system, and increasing revenue within existing client portfolios through wallet growth and repeat sales.
- Additionally, the Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and reaching out to new clients and businesses within their assigned region.
- Providing exceptional service delivery satisfaction is a crucial aspect of the role.
- Achieve set asset (loan) growth.
- Always deliver an excellent client experience, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
- Sourcing of customers to access the Company's products and services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifying target markets and sales tactics to improve product offerings.
- Booking of loans and ensuring collection of repayments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Extensive technical knowledge of how technology can be used to enhance business operations.
- Ensures compliance with the company’s values, policies, and standards, and ensures compliance with all local statutory requirements.
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:
- HND or B.Sc in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales / related disciplines
- Post NYSC and previous industry experience in a Finance company as a sales staff is highly recommended.
- 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
