job description - RF Engineer
- Support LTE/5G Optimization efforts for various projects
- Collect and analyze customer requirements
- Acquire network data and information
- Perform RF optimization and system performance engineering for LTE/5G networks
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service
- Configure systems and add new equipment to networks; turn on, integrate, and optimize new cell sites
- Collaborate with all levels of management and other groups
- Perform design and performance activities in customer projects
- Conduct network and/or node reviews/audits
- Analyze the performance of network elements and determine if software or hardware changes are needed
- Implement recommendations for network optimization improvements
- Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
