job description - Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
The candidate must be professionals in their field with the ability to:

  • Serve as the main contact person between the organization and its clients
  • Must be able to recruit new clients for the organization
  • Address and resolve client concerns and issues that may arise during the client's contract period
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to build strategies that ensure client satisfaction
  • Have strong negotiation skills
  • Generate monthly and periodic reports of each client being managed.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
  • Intuitive to LSL’s client needs
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have an understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Project Management
  • Should be a strategic thinker and problem solver
  • A background in Science Related degrees /courses and/or customer service or sales will be a plus
  • Attentive to detail and organized
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to multi-task.
