Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare job description based on hiring request and sourcing
- Recruit technical suitable candidates for job openings at the firm
- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Follow up on the interview process status
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
- Knowledge about on-boarding and induction
- Knowledge of HR daily report.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc Degree
- 2 - 3 years of working experience as a Recruitment Officer
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office
- Candidate must be able to resume immediately.
