  • Lead and mentor interns and junior recruiters, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and efficiency
