Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
  • Conduct proactive candidate searches and engage in talent mapping activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and hiring criteria.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on recruitment activities, trends, and outcomes. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 - 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting candidates across various industries and functional areas.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
