job description - Real Estate Unit Manager
- Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees.
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary.
- Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team.
- To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
- 2 - 3 years experience in real estate / marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills
- Problem-solving and decision.
