job description - Real Estate Sales Representative
?Responsibilities:
?1) Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
?2) Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
?3) Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
?4) Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
?5) Display and market real property to possible buyers.
?6) Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
?7) Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
?8) Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood
?Qualifications:
?1) A Graduate from a tertiary institution.
?2) Past sales experience is preferred but not compulsory.
?3) Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and networking skills
?4) Strong work ethic, self-motivation and drive
?5) Show good organizational and time management skills.
?6) Basic knowledge of Social media.
