job description - Quality Control Officer
- Monitor Calls done at the call centre to ensure it is of industry standard
- Ensure Customer Service Department is functioning with Industry Standard
- Coordinate the activities of Call agents to enure productivity.
Qualification
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
- At least 1 year relevant work experience.
- Maximum of 32 years of age.
Working Hours and Time:
- Working days are from Mondays to Fridays plus 2 compulsory Saturdays in a month (interchanged).
- Resumption Time is 9am - 5:30pm.
