- Managing the organization’s public relations/social media activities
- Developing and implementing publicity/marketing strategies for the company’s products and services, including a crisis management strategy
- Developing and implementing organizational marketing/publicity strategies for products and events
- Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
- Analysing all media coverage of the organization and drafting appropriate responses
- Create social media team content calendar
- Organizing promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND
- 3+ years of working experience on similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in the use of word processing software tools
- Good creative writing skills
- An analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copy-writing skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics and IT skills
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
