Program Officer IE-Terra Technologies

Core Job Functions

• Develop, plan, coordinate and execute E-waste Relief Foundation’s projects.
• Define project goals, constraints, negotiate costs and changes, and monitor contracts to ensure schedule compliance.
• Manage the Schedule: closely watch the project schedule, monitor deadlines for each project task to achieve desired objectives.
• Oversee the application of grant and sponsorship acquisition.

Qualifications, Experience and Performance

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Humanities, Social Work or related fields. Additional relevant qualifications and certifications would be an added advantage.
• 2 - 5 years practical experience in the NGO sector implementing impactful projects, with proven records of managing a team, securing sponsorships and grants.

Competency And Skills Requirements:

• Proven project planning and management skills with adequate stakeholder engagement;
• Affinity with relief work and International NGO’s.
• Ability to write clear and concise project concept papers including reports.
• Conversant with Project cycle management (PCM).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with a diverse team located in different geographies.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Remuneration and Benefits

• N100,000 monthly salary (subject to increase on good performance upon confirmation)
• Commission of up to 20% on each new grant obtained
