Core Job Functions
- Develop, plan, coordinate and execute E-waste Relief Foundation’s projects.
- Define project goals, constraints, negotiate costs and changes, and monitor contracts to ensure schedule compliance.
- Manage the Schedule: closely watch the project schedule, monitor deadlines for each project task to achieve desired objectives.
- Oversee the application of grant and sponsorship acquisition.
Qualifications, Experience and Performance
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Humanities, Social Work or related fields. Additional relevant qualifications and certifications would be an added advantage.
- 2 - 5 years practical experience in the NGO sector implementing impactful projects, with proven records of managing a team, securing sponsorships and grants.
Competency And Skills Requirements:
- Proven project planning and management skills with adequate stakeholder engagement;
- Affinity with relief work and International NGO’s.
- Ability to write clear and concise project concept papers including reports.
- Conversant with Project cycle management (PCM).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with a diverse team located in different geographies.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Remuneration and Benefits
- N100,000 monthly salary (subject to increase on good performance upon confirmation)
- Commission of up to 20% on each new grant obtained
