job description - Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordination of at least 2 master program
  • Supports students and answer student’s queries and requests
  • Upload lecture materials and assessments on the VLE for the programs.
  • Sets up the classroom for the lectures and supports logistically the teachers for the class conduct
  • Prepares and sends the Transcript of records, results and the Master’s Degree Certificates to students
  • Host and Monitor the Online classes during the weekdays and weekends.
  • Uploads the lecture’s recordings on the VLE Platform
  • Evaluates the Students attendance and reports to the Head of Didactic
  • Follow up calls with the students on pending assessments and class participation
  • Meets regularly with  the Head of Didactic, Acedemic Supervisor and the Process Manager to organize the workload and monitor progress
  • Supports Program Advisors in the organization of the Faculty meetings
  • Support in the grouping of students for their Capstone Project.
  • Send out for grading examination scripts to the faculty and follow up with faculty on graded scripts.

Requirement

  • B.Sc  / HND in a related discipline with  2 to 3 years relevant work experience.
