• Involved in the development & detailed network designs and Bill of Materials for project
• Perform on-premises implementations and configuration associated with companies’ product suite
• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems
• Load deals with our product partners and L2/development team when needed.
• Participate in designing ICT solutions as per the client needs and budget
• Staff deployment: develop and maintain effective and efficient technicians in ICT
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the implementation of projects
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Provide direction and clear installation standards for other technical staff.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and installation problems.
• Responsible for promotion and sales of the company's suite of products
• Conceptualizing of marketing programs, developing of channel and demand generation
• Engagement and cultivation of strong rapport with partners and vendors
• Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product lines
• Channel distribution development and training
• Work closely with different stakeholders in the company

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Business/IT or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar function in the IT industry
• Prior experience of handling ERP Solution / Hardware installations/server room infrastructure solutions preferred
• Customer-driven and result-oriented
• Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• A team player with leadership quality, excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
