job description - Practice Manager

YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day to day operations of the business and ensuring its smooth operation.
  • Managing the entire workforce and ensuring their delivery on strategic KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with the Office Procedures Manual by every member of staff and every Partner.
  • Assisting the Managing Partner in the implementation of the Firm’s strategic plans (Business,
  • Marketing, Business Continuity and ICT).
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining resources, financial planning, and management processes.
  • Establishing and managing processes and systems for administrative and financial operations.
  • Identifying and managing external service providers to support the resource needs of the law firm.
  • Managing resource planning, including budgeting in accordance with budget planning protocols.
  • Deputizing for the Managing Partner.

YOUR PROFILE

As a staff for this position you must possess:

  • At least a B.SC. or it's equivalent in any field
  • Prior law office experience (4-5 years), and a positive imaginative attitude.
  • Emotional intelligence with competencies in handling in-house staff and clients.
  • Strong Managerial, Administrative and Operations skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills.
  • The ability to communicate well in English
