job description - Personal Assistant To The Manager

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, inquiries, and requests.
  • Manage the manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events attended by the manager.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the manager.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
