- A Pastry Chef of International Standard or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years’ experience
- Can do as many as 25 different cake model
- Ability to operate modern day baking equipment
- Ability to bake different types of Bread
- Delivery production and sales target of Pastries
- Produce quality Pastries that give customers satisfactions
- Give and Document best quality recipe for Pastries
- Ensure compliance with standard process of bread and pastries production
- Ensure quality materials are used in production at all time
- Avoid waste and ensure effective cost control and management in production process.
