job description - Paid Acquisition Specialist

  • The Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns, serving as the primary driver for company growth.
  • This role entails taking full ownership of all aspects related to paid acquisition, with a substantial impact on the company's expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for paid customer acquisition channels.
  • Plan and manage budget allocations for effective campaign execution.
  • Take full ownership of advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Generate, test, and update campaigns, set budgets, and manage payment processes.
  • Monitor and control campaign metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Test and manage new channels for customer acquisition
  • Manage content on Google Play and App Store (iOS).
  •  Apply ASO strategies to improve app visibility and download rates.
  • Ponduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, segmenting target populations for optimal results.
  • Utilize analytics tools to understand the success and shortcomings of campaigns.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools for the creation of innovative and compelling advertising content.
  • Develop and implement campaign calendars to cover key events, such as Christmas and Black Friday.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and autonomy in decision-making, basing choices on data insights.
  • Leverage knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance organic acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager for improved tracking and optimization of organic acquisition efforts.
  • Lead the company's growth through effective management of paid acquisition strategies, acting as the primary driver for expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing paid acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools for advertising content creation.
  • Proven track record in budget management and continuous optimization for ROI improvement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. And proficiency in interpreting key reports.
  • Advanced time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and proactivity in task execution and decision-making.
  • Experience in managing content on Google Play and App Store.
  • Strong orientation towards innovation and creativity in advertising content creation.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of SQL for in-depth data analysis.
