- The Operations / Digital Marketing Manager will focus on the company's online customers, ensuring continuous engagement, to increase market share and sales
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Implement approved online marketing strategy
- Develop suitable content to attract the company's target market
- Design and implement online campaigns to attract new customers and generate sales
- Creatively employ various online channels and platforms for marketing the company's products
- Identify and exploit new markets to increase sales
- Liaise with store to ensure consistent prompt, efficient and professional service to customers
- Resolve customer complaints
- Track analyze and report marketing data for effective decision making.
Operations Management:
- Coordinate daily operations activities to ensure seamlessness.
Reporting:
- Submit daily sales report
- Submit data analytics report periodically.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Keep track of online customers, ensuring excellent delivery to engender repeat purchases and referrals
- Implement formal customer feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience in selling commodities
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion to work in the food and beverage industry.
