Job Summary
The Monogram Machine Operator must have an understanding of handling a monogram machine, fashion and neat. We are looking for someone committed, quick to learn, diligent, hardworking and organized at all times.

Responsibilities

• Understanding project specifications and clients’ needs before starting each embroidery project.
• Set up embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each designs.
• Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process.
• Perform regular machine maintenance tasks and reporting any issues or reordering stock as required.
• Carefully reading instructional manuals to ensure smooth troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Troubleshoot any problems that arise with the machine and resolve them or report to the manager.
• Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency.
• Providing suggestions regarding the design, placement, and fabric and thread selection.
• Keeping track of work orders and updating records.

Requirements

• Expert-level embroidery machine operation ability.
• Previous experience as an embroidery machine operator or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand instructional manuals.
• Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Diligent and attention to detail.
• Proximity to Gapiona Road, GRA Benin City
