job description - Merchant Relationship Officer
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess and enrol new clients on the platform in accordance with the preset targets.
- Marketing of Saleko, value propositions and benefits to existing and new clients.
- Effective follow-up, Monitoring and continuous engagement with clients across all locations.
- Build and maintain a cordial relationship with clients to achieve sustainable growth in number and volume of transactions performed on Saleko platform.
- Identify market opportunities for product innovation.
- Provide market feedback for service improvement and optimal customer experience
- Work with the corporate communications, strategy department and all other stakeholders in the implementation of relevant marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Facilitate timely resolution of customer/client’s complaints.
- To onboard merchants onto Saleko platform.
- To guide merchant on the application usage.
- To serve as an intermediary between the merchants and the business.
- To get feedback/complaints from merchants on the application’s usage.
- To grow merchant numbers on the platform.
- To create awareness of the platform to prospective merchants.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND Holders minimum.
- Result-oriented and target driven, with 1-3 years of relevant marketing/sales Experience.
- Physical fitness, mental alertness between Age 24 to 33years
- Ability to speak at least one major local dialect.
- High market influence and ability to sell on e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to use a digital device for client’s enrollment and monitoring.
- Good interpersonal relationship.
