job description - Medical Manager
- Supervision of general medical operations activities including quality assurance for providers.
- General Provider relations management including but not limited to complaint management and grievance resolution.
- Care coordination at our provider healthcare facilities involving co-management of cases with attending physicians.
- Review of medical reports and management of referral cases.
- Coordination of Client engagement Sessions (Periodic health talks and basic health checks).
Requirements
- MBBS with active medical license. Additional educational qualification will be an added advantage.
- Men preferably for gender balance
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC (1 year clinical experience and 1 year in a Health Maintenance Organization).
- 28 - 40 years of age.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
