job description - Marketing Manager

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager. Our client requires the service of a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for Identifying target markets, establish positioning, and create marketing strategies with clear goals across various channels and market segments.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing programmes from end to end, utilizing internal assistance and encouraging cooperation.
  • Create effective plans, examine customer insights, consumer trends, market data, and marketing best practices.
  • Create, manage and carry out analytics reporting across numerous platforms, extracting essential data for next campaign development and go-to-market plans, along with formal proposals and advice on methods.
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
  • To fulfil goals for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets, assist in developing creative briefs and providing creative direction.
  • Create and carry out multichannel campaigns that span the prospect and customer lifecycles, making sure that all channels' messaging and communications are in sync.
  • Establish budget parameters, take part in events, record business operations, manage material and updates for internal and external touch points, and assist sales.
  • Compile market and customer data to inform outreach efforts, boost customer conversion rates, and produce more qualified leads.
  • Use tracking and data to determine the efficacy and impact of current marketing campaigns, then optimise.
  • Discuss marketing programmes, plans, and budgets with top leaders and present

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Marketing skills such as creating marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and market research
  • Experience creating content for marketing materials
  • Project management skills such as managing budgets and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
