This next phase of the company is focused on hyper-growth and we are looking for talented individuals with proven experience who can help take us to the next level. The international team is based across the globe and we want people who can work under tight timeframes, minimal supervision, and with multiple personality types.

Job Role Description:

1. Analyze acquisition funnels and customer intent

2. Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns

3. Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, the website traffic and social media engagement

4. Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)

5. Monitor and track customer behaviour on and off the app

6. Monitor and track user sentiments

7. Create user personas and develop unique marketing acquisition funnels

7. Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns

8. Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data

9. Recommend website and campaign optimizations

10. Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)

Job Role Requirements:

1. Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role

2. Expertise in Google Analytics

3. In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices

4. Experience with PPC campaigns

5. Analytical abilities

6. Good understanding of top social media platforms analytics and algo hacks to reach more impressions and get more engagements

7. Data science and analytics is a plus.
