- Identify trends and insights of the company’s services
- Appropriately allocate marketing investments(know which platform to invest in for marketing)
- Plan, organize and direct marketing campaigns for the services rendered by the company
- Manage the organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind (no use of foul language)
- Optimize content for the company’s website and social media platforms
- Track the website traffic flow
- Implement and analyse marketing performance
- Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI (returns on investment)
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis
- Constantly create awareness of the services via various platforms
- Constantly follow up with prospective clients until they become actual clients
- Engage clients on a regular basis to ensure they are enjoying the service(s) provided
- Constantly write articles about the services the company offer for awareness and education
- Constantly review of campaign strategies
- Ensure the company’s brand is properly and strategically projected
- Write proposals for the services the company offers.
- Track conclusion/closure of every service rendered to clients
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND
- Must have substantial knowledge in marketing of Professional Services
- Must have valuable knowledge and experience in digital marketing
- Must have at least 3 years work experience in professional service marketing with track records
- Must be passionate about brand marketing and brand management
