job description - Manager, Strategic Partnership

  • To Integrate the school’s partnership programme into the larger organisational strategy. Cultivating and maintaining relationships among LBS business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue for the school.

Key Job Responsibilities
include but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for initiating, cultivating, and maintaining meaning relationships among business partners which includes internationally ranked business schools, associations, professional bodies, Government agencies and businesses
  • Ensure the goals of partnerships and strategic alliances are achieved
  • Ascertain the fulfillment of the organization’s internationalization agenda
  • Serve as staff liaison to international associations
  • Build on our existing relationships and develop new strategic partnerships at the national, regional, and international levels.
  • Strengthening existing relationships and collaborations.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership contracts with strategic partners and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy of LBS.
  • Attending workshops and meetings to serve as representatives of their organizations.
  • Enforcing legally binding contracts and monitoring changes in legal regulations.
  • Conducting market research and synthesizing reports of business metrics.
  • Create customised reports to track success of partner and account

  • Good First Degree in Business Administration or related field. An MBA or Master's Degree would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in managerial position of a medium or large organisation.
