Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks for training programs (event planning, scheduling, registration) as they arise.
- Design and develop engaging training materials (presentations, eLearning modules, handouts).
- Facilitate training sessions using adult learning principles and effective presentation skills.
- Provide support to learners during and after training.
- Utilize available Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Multimedia and eLearning development tools.
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
