The company is backed by Binance and Google Launchpad, amongst others, and has built a Global DeFi platform for Credit Unions, Cooperatives, and Individuals, while recently launching a Layer-2 infrastructure for developers.
This next phase of the company is focused on hyper-growth and we are looking for talented individuals with proven experience who can help take us to the next level. The international team is based across the globe and we want people who can work under tight timeframes, minimal supervision, and with multiple personality types.
Job Role Description:
1. Executing social media, content creation, newsletter campaigns and community management initiatives
2. Developing engaging social media content and managing content calendars
3. Posting across social media channels and crypto related communities and forums
4. Develop & implement effective social and community campaign geared towards increasing product adoption in the crypto community.
5. Create effective and persuasive action-oriented content for the crypto community.
6. Follow, research and share on developments in the crypto ecosystem and our competitors
7. Research, schedule and manage weekly content campaigns
8. Finding growth-hacks to increase market awareness of our products
9. Further develop the growth and engagement of existing community outlets (Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, etc.)
10. Produce reports demonstrating the effectiveness of your campaigns
Job Role Requirements:
1. Deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrencies
2. Deep understanding of DeFi
4. Analytical mindset and ability to observe and analyze prevailing trends and sentiments.
5. Previous working experience in a similar role/capacity for more than 12 months
6. Good understanding of Twitter, Facebook and other social platforms SEOs
7. Basic social media growth hack skills is a must
8. Good community and management skills
