Responsibilities
- Represent corporate and individual client interests and execute instructions diligently.
- Research and draft various types of legal documents, such as court processes, contracts/agreements/proposal reviews.
- Liaise with government agencies in the execution of clients’ instructions.
- Advise clients on matters of law and evidence and the strength of their case.
- Undertake legal research into relevant points of law.
- Write opinions, and advise solicitors and other professionals.
- Understand and interpret the law.
- Master and manage legal briefs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Must have 5-7 years of cognate experience
- Experience in Drafting, Negotiating, and Reviewing legal documents
- Must possess good Interpersonal, Communication, and Public Speaking skills.
