Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and skills.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates fit for open positions. Conducting reference and background checks as required.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of job offers, including negotiating salary and benefits.
- Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.
- Providing regular updates on the recruitment process to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with hiring laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Ability to successfully close out 6 roles monthly
- Proven track record closing recruitment processes
- Previous experience in recruitment, in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidate qualifications and skills
