job description - Junior Legal & HR Officer
- Assist Legal Counsel in legal duties such as agreement drafting, compliance applications, litigation management, etc.
- Ensure company meets all government, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Assist Legal Counsel in creating procedures and policies for company’s legal, HR, and administrative department
- Oversee company’s HR and adminstration by ensuring employees are compliant with duties and documents
- Perform HR duties such as composing job descriptions, interviewing applicants, contacting applicants, etc.
- Organize and maintain personnel records of all staff, contractors, and employees
- Oversee company’s document management process and ensure all company documents and database are kept in file and up to date
- Create presentations and monthly/weekly reports and submit to management
- Create effective channels of communication between employees and management
- Create and circulate documents about the policies of our organization
