job description - IT Support Technician
- Hardware management for Biometrics / access control system, CCTV cameras and Intercom systems.
- Troubleshooting and promptly resolving the hardware issues as they arise.
- Execute sales related responsibilities where required.
- Escalate issues immediately to the reporting Manager.
- Attend to any other responsibilities as assigned by his superiors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Familiarity with hardware and software management for Biometrics access control devices, CCTV IP cameras and Intercom systems.
- Should have knowledge on basic Networking connections.
- Have good Communication, Organizational skills.
- Good Problem solving skills.
- Must be resident around Iyana Ipaja, Sango OTA or its environ.
