IT Support / Technical OfficerE-Terra Technologies

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
• Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and all commonly used office software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace

Qualifications, Experience and Performance

• Minimum of B. Sc / HND in Computer Science or related fields. Additional relevant qualifications and certifications would be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years practical ITexperience.

Competency and Skills Requirements:

• Experience with or knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
• Advanced computer skills and a high level of detail orientation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company passwords and information.
• Experience in application development, trouble.

Remuneration

• N80,000 Monthly salary (subject to increase on good performance upon confirmation) plus other attractive benefits.
