job description - IT Support Specialist
-The role will support the IT Manager in coordinating, planning, and?leading computer-related activities
-Help determine the IT needs of the Company
-Support the IT Manager in implementing technological systems to?fulfill the Company's information systems requirements.
Key Accountability
-Manage and execute software implementation projects from end to end.
-Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software implementation
-Prepare lifecycle for software implementation projects from product purchase to product management.
-Supervise IT-related projects (Software and Web base) plus lead efforts to develop a technical roadmap.
-Establish and stimulate software implementation standards and processes along with best practices for the delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
-Evaluate projects, develop, and update schedules plus supervise project status.
-Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular team meetings.
-Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process ?improvement
-Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in ?a timely manner
-Manage the company’s website and support the management of social media accounts
Education, Skills, Experience, and Other Requirements
-Relevant BSC from a reputable tertiary institution
-Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
-Ability to Manage various software and write programming ?languages effectively
-Project Management Certification
-Attention to detail and Analytical skills
-Excellent knowledge and proficiency in project management, software, programming including the use of Excel, Microsoft Projects.
-Practical knowledge of SAP ERP, Microsoft SharePoint, Website, and Social Media Management.
