job description - IT Support Engineer
- Hardware management for Biometrics / access control system, Surveillance systems , Intercom systems.
- Trouble shooting and promptly resolving the hardware issues as they arise.
- Attend to and resolve user system related issues.
- Maintain network uptime ensuring stable connectivity at all times.
- Escalate issues immediately to the reporting Manager.
- Attend to any other responsibilities as assigned by his superiors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Hands on experience with hardware and maintenance for Biometrics access control devices, CCTV IP cameras, systems and network support.
- Should have basic knowledge on Networking.
- Have good Communication and technical.
- Good Problem solving skills.
- Preferably reside around Iyana Ipaja, Abule egba, Sango OTA & its environ.
