job description - Inventory Officer

  • Receive, store & issue stocks
  • Record and track stock levels.
  • Maintain stock records using manual and computerized systems.
  • Daily report of inventories/stock levels to the Inventory Manager.
  • Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders.
  • Monitor distribution of inventories.
  • Involve in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock on the system.
  • Supervise the offloading process, and the subsequent arrangement of materials so that they can be easily accessed and identified.
  • Maintain good relations with the suppliers.
  • Oversee the proper arrangement of inventory at different unit.
  • Ensure proper documentation of items received and issued out at intervals.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc Degree with 2-5 years experience.
  • Experience in using an Inventory Application/Software is compulsory.
  • Inventory management experience in a supermarket is preferable.
  • Must live around Lekki-Ajah environson.
