job description - Instrumentation Engineer
- Instrumentation engineers is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment that is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
- Performing Detailed Calibration and Recalibration of Field Instruments – Ft, Pt, Tt, Lt and Control Valves
- Programming Controllers, Work on Actuators, Solenoid Controlled Valves, Electro-Pneumatic Valves, Temperature Sensors, E.T.C
- Installation And Commissioning of Field Instruments.
- Monitoring The Compressor, Feed Water Level and Softener Operations.
- To ensure that all these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.
- The desired candidate should have a thorough understanding of the operational processes of the organization and its multidisciplinary, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including New Projects Building Panels, and Maintenance.
Requirements
Should Have excellent Knowledge in:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Advance process control (APC).
- Distributed control systems (DCS).
- Programmable logic controllers Siemens S7 1500 And 300 (PLC)
- Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
- Troubleshooting Plc. Panels.
- Excellent Working in PIDs and fine-tuning control Loops.
