Responsibilities
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances or other issues
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development,engagements, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Oversee and Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies,systems, tactics anf and procedures across the organisation
- Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Nuture a positive working environment
- Ensure legal Compliance throughout human Resource management.
Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
- At least 5-8 years experience in HR
- A minimum of 5years of experience in an Indian company
- Experience in dealing with unionized sector
- Thorough knowledge of payrolls and system
- Experience in local language-Hausa
