Specialized Diets and Allergen Management:
- Accommodate special dietary requirements, including diabetic, gluten-free, low-sodium, and allergen-free meals, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand patients' nutritional needs and modify recipes accordingly.
Kitchen Managaement and Food Safety:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and sanitation, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional culinary outcomes
- Conduct training sessions on food safety, cooking techniques, and menu preparation to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Customer Service and Communication:

- Collaborate with hospital departments and external vendors to coordinate special events, catering services, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting.
- Culinary Degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and food safety standards.
- Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes from scratch.
- Familiarity with specialized diets and allergen management protocols.
