job description - Head Of Strategy& Investment
- Work closely with the CEO and management team to develop plans for strategic growth and assess business development opportunities which align with our organization’s corporate strategy
- Partner closely with the business development team to implement the strategic business development plan and leads development of supporting strategies as required
- supports business development activities to source, approach and qualify potential targeted individuals and organizations
- Partner with the leadership on long-term capital investment strategy for the organization
- Actively support the CEO and the board on strategic initiatives and organic investments
- Drive decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement.
- Establish and review key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan, and monitor the execution of the strategic plan.
- Provides investment information and financial advice; works with corporate and individual clients; and maintains knowledge of a wide range of investment and financial products, including but not limited to real estate, agriculture and more.
- Develop new business leads and turning them to paying clients
- Advertise and Source for potential investors with a view to increasing the investment portfolio.
- Carry out Customer profiling & Customer data base management
- CRM
- Business Development ideation & execution
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related discipline
- 10+ years related work experience, must include experience within the real estate industry
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, presentation and business development skills
- Problem-solving skills in order to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proven business development and networking skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliable.
- Must have a very strong and robust network with HNI’s
- Strong business and investment acumen
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Financial management & Time management skills
