job description - Head Of Strategy& Investment


  • Work closely with the CEO and management team to develop plans for strategic growth and assess business development opportunities which align with our organization’s corporate strategy
  • Partner closely with the business development team to implement the strategic business development plan and leads development of supporting strategies as required
  • supports business development activities to source, approach and qualify potential targeted individuals and organizations
  • Partner with the leadership on long-term capital investment strategy for the organization
  • Actively support the CEO and the board on strategic initiatives and organic investments
  • Drive decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement.
  • Establish and review key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan, and monitor the execution of the strategic plan.
  • Provides investment information and financial advice; works with corporate and individual clients; and maintains knowledge of a wide range of investment and financial products, including but not limited to real estate, agriculture and more.
  • Develop new business leads and turning them to paying clients
  • Advertise and Source for potential investors with a view to increasing the investment portfolio.
  • Carry out Customer profiling & Customer data base management
  • CRM
  • Business Development ideation & execution

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related discipline
  • 10+ years related work experience, must include experience within the real estate industry
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and business development skills
  • Problem-solving skills in order to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proven business development and networking skills.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable.
  • Must have a very strong and robust network with HNI’s
  • Strong business and investment acumen
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong Financial management & Time management skills
